Please keep in mind that all creations are unique and one-of-a-kind and I do my best to take photos that reproduce the true appearance of each product.

Exchange/return

All purchases are final, however, you can always reach out and wish for an exchange within 7 days of purchase (or 7 days of received shipment).  You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping cost of exchange.

If you wish to exchange to something more valuable, you can always add on and upgrade from your original price point. Should you not find anything to exchange for, you’ll receive a gift voucher (valid 1 year from date of original purchase).

• Should your goods be damaged or broken in shipping, please take pictures of parcel, packaging, as well as goods and contact atelier Desirée immediately.
• To protect your personal information, atelier Desirée takes reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
• Atelier Desirée reserve the right to modify our terms of service at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
• atelier Desirée is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements.
• All prices are in SEK and include 25 % sales tax. When ordering from a non-EU country the tax is deducted from the total order. An additional cost will be issued the customer when parcel has arrived at the destination. When you buy a product from atelier Desirée from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties in these cases. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the exact amount , we advise you to contact your local customs office.
